VS Marine, a local boat retail location, came to us looking for an unusual yet functional meeting place for clients. After agreeing on a concept, we constructed this project on the side of their building. We cut a real fiberglass boat in half to create a meeting space. Then we added an old-looking bait shack, pier, and dock and themed the whole scene with lots of marine props. A hand-carved surfing cowboy is riding down the roof of the bait shack. The imaginative area allows kids to play and explore while the adults are talking business.
