The high water version starts with the Country Playhouse and we elevate it on a 3' tall platform, and add a small staircase. It comes unfinished so you and your family can save costs and enjoy finishing it together. Installs in about 2 hours with no heavy equipment and minimal site prep, it's a fantastic way to save big money on site prep, installation and shipping costs over our much more ambitious tree houses.
